讲座简介:
In 2015, Singapore crossed a significant threshold in its national history, marking 50 years of independence. At this inflection point, it is timely to reflect on Singapore’s past, present and future. Singapore’s successful development from a dirty mudflat to a global metropolis was built upon an adaptive governance that consistently sought new and innovative approaches to governance and policymaking. Looking ahead, this lecture will provide some insights into how Singapore is dealing with an increasingly complex and volatile world through constant adaptation and innovation to make our governance more responsive, collaborative and entrepreneurial.
