EXECUTIVE EDUCATION

The key to great achievements lies in people. The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that "Education, science and technology, and human resources are the foundational and strategic pillars for building a modern socialist country in all respects." Chinese modernization is talent-led and driven modernization. Public management education and training should persist in cultivating talent for the Party and the State, and constantly improve the quality of public management education and training.

In response to the needs of personnel training for China's modernization construction, the Cadre Education Center of Tsinghua SPPM has launched various advanced public management training programs since 2000. Up to now, more than 1,300 training programs have been completed for state organs, governments, enterprises and public institutions, and a total of more than 90,000 people have been trained for party and government leaders, business executives, and heads of social organizations. The center provides high-quality public management education and training products to hundreds of millions of people through innovative models such as high-end customization, open enrollment, online live broadcasting, and public welfare training.

Relying on the comprehensive advantages of Tsinghua University in interdisciplinary disciplines and the strong professional faculty of Tsinghua University, combined with the practical experience of public administration in Chinese society, the Center has developed and innovated a large number of high-level public administration courses, and provided non-degree education and consulting services with rich contents and international standards for governments at all levels and social public organizations, enjoying a high reputation in China.
