On the afternoon of November 29^th. the delegation composed by Diego del Alcázar, CEO of IE University; Manuel Muñiz, Provost and Dean of IE University’s School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs; Pablo Sun Li, IE Associate Director of Communications of IE University; and Wan Jiayang, Director of IE Greater China Region, paid a cordial visit to the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SPPM). Zhu Xufeng, Dean of Tsinghua SPPM; Yin Chengzhi, Associate Dean of Tsinghua SPPM; Shi Shuting, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, among other attendees warmly received the distinguished guests.

Zhu Xufeng sincerely welcomed the delegation of IE University on behalf of Tsinghua SPPM, and provided a comprehensive overview of the development history of Tsinghua SPPM, its fostering of international programs and other major aspects. He stated that the school has been actively promoting new models of cooperation with national universities of multiple levels. He hopes that in the future Tsinghua SPPM and IE University can conduct significant, diversified and in-depth international cooperation and exchanges.

Diego del Alcázar expressed his pleasure to be at Tsinghua SPPM and meet face-to-face. He described that over 80% of the students at IE University are international, as it is a highly international private university. IE University has collaborated and conducted exchanges with numerous universities worldwide, and it is actively expanding the cooperation affairs with them. He stated to look forward to developing more ways of international cooperation and exchange with Tsinghua SPPM.

Manuel Muñiz presented a general introduction of IE University in Spain and the IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, and shared its model of international cooperation. He emphasized that both schools have similar ideas in the advancement of international programs, thus he hopes in the future to collaborate with Tsinghua SPPM in talent cultivation, academic exchange and many other fields of relevance.
