Yuxin Lan is an associate professor at the School of Public Policy & Management at Tsinghua University, and he is also affiliated with Institute for Philanthropy Tsinghua University, one of the earliest and most prestigious institutes on the third sector research in China. He is also the executive editor of the Chinese academic journal China Non-profit Review. His research on Chinese third sector covers a range of topics connected to the theory and practice of CSOs (civil society organizations) cultivation, local governance, philanthropy and social innovations.
