He emphasized that the friendship between China and Africa has a long history and is currently developing well with broad prospects for the future. However, they also face some risks and challenges, such as political unrest in some African countries, regional conflicts, and frequent terrorist attacks. He pointed out that both sides should strengthen communication and consultation based on the win-win principle of mutual benefit, work together to overcome risks and challenges, and jointly push China-Africa cooperation to a new level.
