On Oct. 24th, Professor CHENG Wenhao organized a class trip to Huairou District, northeastern part of Beijing, as a core component of the Public Organization and Management course which he teaches this semester. All IMPA students and dozens of MID students took on this trip.
After an hour and a half, the Tsinghua bus arrived in front of the Center. Students were warmly welcomed by the administration team and officials who then toured students inside the service building. Innovative in this nature, this Service Center hosts key agencies that take charge of regulations, certifications and documentation involved in people’s lives. Thus without having the trouble of traveling to different places that could have been located quite far away in the city, residents in Huairou District can complete all necessary procedures at this single site.
